About Us

Leona Deakin MSc, BA(Hons) and Christine Carmichael MSc, BSc(Hons) are fully qualified work psychologists with over ten years experience of effectively matching people and jobs. They both qualified at the internationally acclaimed Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield. Having developed recruitment and promotion systems for organisations as large as West Yorkshire Police, Orange, Superdrug, Alliance and Leicester and the Ministry of Defence and as small as businesses with under 250 employees, they have extensive experience of what employers are looking for.

Christine and Leona have between them delivered over one hundred career workshops and one to one coaching programmes. They have successfully supported the transition of a diverse range of people into new careers, from senior managers and professionals to graduates and factory workers.
